I created bridesmaid labels back in the spring for my sister's wedding ... she loved it, her friends loved them, and they have been a top seller in my Etsy store. Here is a free (link to download is below) one you could make at home ... just print on adhesive paper, cut, and wrap on your bottles.
Be sure you remove the original wine bottle label first. To do this, I let the bottle soak in slightly warm water for about 30 minutes. This will loosen up the adhesive so you can then peal the label off and scrape any leftover bits off with a butter knife. Let your bottle dry completely then center the label, stick it on the bottle starting the middle, and smooth it out to the edges. Bottles with fewer curves are best so you don't have a bubbly label.
